Run your firm on Firmdesk through the 2027 tax season
We're looking for three to five small Canadian firms to use Firmdesk for their real work, from December 2026 to April 2027, and tell us what works and what doesn't.

What you get

- Your clients moved in for you: send us your client list and we import it.
- Set up within a week of saying yes: your clients, their services, five clients invited to the portal and your first request list sent.
- A direct line to the people building it. What you tell us shapes what we build next.
What we ask
- Use Firmdesk for your real client work through T1 season.
- A 20-minute call each week for 8 weeks, booked when it suits you.
- Tell us what gets in your way, as it happens: Send feedback is in the app.
- If you're happy with it: a short testimonial, and your permission to show your logo on this site.
Then, the founding price
From June 1, 2027, if you stay: 30% off your plan, for as long as you keep it.
- Solo: $34.30 a month instead of $49
- Team: $104.30 a month instead of $149
- Firm: $209.30 a month instead of $299
In Canadian dollars, before sales tax. Nothing is charged before June 1, 2027.
Who it's for
- Accounting, bookkeeping and tax firms in Canada, from one person to about ten.
- Firms busy with T1 returns, and firms with mostly corporate clients: we want both.
- Firms ready to run their real client work in Firmdesk, not only to try it.

Tell us about your firm on the form. We reply within a few business days.
Set up
Within a week: your clients in, their services set up, your first requests out.
Tax season
Weekly calls for 8 weeks; feedback any time.
Decide
On June 1, 2027, keep going at the founding price, or export everything and go.
